We’ll automate your e-commerce so you can grow.

Less clicking and retyping, more time to grow your business. Tell us how your business works and we’ll show you how much work can be taken off your plate.

What we can do for you

  • We’ll bring sales from many channels into one system, e.g. Base, Apilo, Sellasist or another one that fits your business best
  • We’ll automate your processes: invoices will issue and send themselves, and replies to customers will go out automatically
  • Shipments will generate themselves, with parcels and carriers chosen to keep shipping costs lower
  • Automations will synchronise stock levels across all connected systems
  • We’ll set up or improve your listings and ads and run a general account audit that can genuinely boost sales
  • We’ll build a shop, website or app tailored to your business

How much work and money slips away every month?

Move the slider and tick what you do manually. We’ll estimate how much time and money repetitive tasks consume.

How many orders do you handle per month?

Roughly what stays in your pocket each month after automation

This is an approximate estimate. We assumed a typical time for each task per order, typical labour costs for the selected market, and that automation takes over about 85% of this work. Exact figures depend on your business. The calculator does not include the cost of mistakes, described below.

🧮

Example

With 300 orders a month, just issuing invoices and creating shipments by hand is about 25 hours of work. That is roughly a month, or about a year. And that is only two processes, as a rough estimate.

🔇

The hidden cost of mistakes

Human errors, wrongly sent parcels, data mix-ups and forgotten statuses mean returns, reshipments, complaints and unhappy customers. These costs rarely show up in reports, and automation helps avoid most of them.

👥

You still need your team

Automation does not mean your team is no longer needed. It gives people time to grow the business instead of wasting it on repetitive tasks.

Sound familiar?

The more sales channels you have, the more work there is that doesn’t earn money.

🧩

Every channel on its own

Orders from Amazon, eBay and your shop land in different places. Jumping between panels eats your time.

✍️

Retyping and clicking

Manual invoices, labels, statuses and customer messages. The same tasks a hundred times a day.

📦

Stock that drifts out of sync

You sell what is already gone, or keep a listing switched off while the goods sit on the shelf.

📉

Products that run out

Without stock planning, order continuity breaks. A bestseller disappears from the warehouse, and with it customers and your listing rankings.

💸

Shipping costs creeping up

Badly chosen parcels and carriers cost a few extra coins on every shipment. Over a month that becomes a lot.

🧯

Mistakes and lost messages

Wrong parcel, forgotten status, a customer question lost in one of many panels. Errors grow along with sales.

If your business runs on repeatable processes, they can be automated, not only in e-commerce

Wherever someone retypes data, passes on documents and keeps track of statuses, time can be saved. We aren’t afraid of unusual challenges. In a transport company, for example, an order goes into the system, documents create themselves, and the customer is notified of the status.

How it can work in practice

Sales from many channels flow into one system, and from there reach couriers, accounting, the warehouse, customers and other programs on their own.

Example automation logic ● simulation

This is what handling a single order can look like. Most steps happen automatically, and staff only do what cannot be automated.

  • A new order enters the system from a marketplace or shop
  • The system checks the payment and order details
  • The invoice issues itself and goes to the customer and accounting
  • Goods are reserved and stock syncs across all channels
  • The system picks parcel count, carrier and delivery method at the lowest cost
  • The shipment creates itself and a courier is booked
  • The warehouse gets told what to pack
  • The packer scans products by EAN barcode, so they can be sure they are packing the right item
  • The label prints automatically and the system can suggest which box to use
  • The customer is notified about shipping and statuses change on their own

Ready-made integrations are only the beginning

We start with the simplest solution and go further only when needed.

Ready-made integrationIf one exists, we use it.
IntegratorWe pick a tool that connects the systems.
APIWe connect programs directly.
Custom toolWe build what the market doesn’t offer.

How we work

First we get to know how your business runs. Only then do we automate, because bad automation just multiplies the mess.

Conversation

You describe your business, sales channels, the programs you use and what you do by hand.

Process analysis

We check where unnecessary work arises and what can be automated.

Choosing the solution

Integration, integrator, API or a custom tool. We pick what suits your business and budget best.

Implementation

We configure systems, connect channels and build automations step by step.

The process runs itself

Your staff only handle what truly cannot be automated.

You have time to grow

Instead of repetitive tasks you focus on developing and scaling your business.

Questions and answers

I don’t use Base or any system. What then?

We’ll choose a system that fits the scale and needs of your business, so the cost of running it doesn’t surprise you later. We look for a solution that is still right a year from now, not just at the start.

What if my programs have no ready-made integration?

We’ll check the integrators and available APIs. If that is not enough, a dedicated solution can be built.

Can I order just a single integration?

Yes. A single integration is possible, as is designing a fully automated order-handling process.

What do I pay for, and what do the software subscriptions cost?

Subscriptions for programs and ready-made integrations, such as Base, are separate costs. You bear them as the owner of the tools you use every day. The amount we invoice is our fee for designing the automation, building it and setting everything up to work for your business. That way you know from the start what you are paying for.

What should I prepare before the first call?

Short answers to a few questions are enough:

  • what your business does and where you sell
  • how many independent products you have
  • whether products have variants or sizes
  • whether they have different or unusual sizes and weights
  • which invoicing programs and couriers you use
  • your approximate turnover, so we can choose a program that does not generate unnecessary costs
  • the address of your website or shop, or a link to your marketplace account
  • what you do by hand and what you want to automate

Let’s see how much work we can take off your plate.
